The Cooperstown Graduate Program is located at 5838 NY-80, Cooperstown, NY 13326, right outside beautiful Cooperstown, on the shore of Otsego Lake. Drivers will find parking in front of the building at the bottom of the hill, and additional overflow parking in the yellow trolley lot at the top of the hill. As long as the weather’s good, you should have no trouble getting to CGP!
Shuttle Information
For Welcome Weekend the Cooperstown Graduate Program (CGP) will be providing a shuttle service between Albany International Airport and CGP on Friday, March 21st and Sunday, March 23rd.
The Friday shuttle will arrive at the airport at 2:30 pm and depart promptly at 3:00 pm. Attendees should plan to arrive at Albany International before noon, 12:00 pm, on Friday to ensure ample time for arrival. If the attendee misses this shuttle, there will not be another. It becomes the students responsibility to make their own way to Cooperstown.
The Sunday shuttle will serve to return the same students back to Albany International. The shuttle will pick up attendees from lodgings in Cooperstown before 9:30 and arrive at Albany International at 11:00 (though you should book your flight for later in the afternoon in case of delay).
These are the ONLY shuttles that will run during Welcome Weekend. One on Friday for arrivals and one on Sunday for departures. There will be no other travel assistance provided by CGP. If the attendee misses these opportunities, they must arrange for their own transportation.
